SHIPPING TERMS
All orders and gift certificates are processed the next working day after payment of the order.
You will receive a gift certificate in enamel.
You can pick up the gift certificates from us on request at Hellishólum 861 Hvolsvöllur or get them sent by post. Postage may take three to five business days.

Hellishólar ehf does not take responsibility for a product after it has been posted.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GIFT CERTIFICATES
The gift certificate is valid for one year from the date of purchase and is dated.
You can buy gift certificates that are either valid all year round or only during the winter season. The date and validity period are specified in the offer itself and then on the gift certificate.
The holder is not allowed to use the gift certificate after its validity period expires.
Gift certificates cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged and cannot be extended.
Any resale of gift certificates is strictly prohibited without the consent of the issuer.
LAW AND DEFENSE CONGRESS
If a dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of these terms or due to a violation of them, the relevant case can be referred to the Complaints Committee for Services and Purchases of Liquid Assets at the Consumer Office. If everything is urgent, it is permitted to prosecute a case for this before the District Court of Suðurland according to the provisions of law no. 91/1991
